Liberty Travel, the largest privately owned leisure travel chain in the U.S., with over one million customers annually, engaged us to help them define an online business and product strategy.  This involved details of an creating online web-presence, identifying and vetting strategic partners to help them implement their websites, and creating an operational strategy and fit between the online business and their many hundreds of leisure travel agents in 200+ stores in the Northeastern United States and Florida.
