We helped Santander’s U.K.-based business create comprehensive “competency frameworks” for its commercial and corporate bankers.  We developed and customized a unique online assessment system, and provided comprehensive reporting on the organizational strengths and skill gaps.  This system helped to specify training requirements for the group, teams and individuals, with complete tracking reports and benchmarking.
